If you apply to become a PrintBroz partner, we also collect:
If you are approved as a maker and choose to be listed in the PrintBroz Network directory, we publish the profile information you provide for that purpose: your display name, tagline, general location (town or region only — never your full address or postcode), equipment and materials, product listings, and the contact details you choose to make available (your business email, and a phone number shown only when a visitor clicks to reveal it).
This is published with your agreement as part of joining the Network and you can ask us to unpublish or amend your profile at any time via [email protected].
If you send a quote enquiry to a maker through their profile, we collect your name, email address, and your message, plus optionally your phone number, company name and quantity required. Your enquiry details are shared with the maker you contacted so they can respond — we ask for your consent to this at the point you submit the enquiry.
If you buy a product listed by a maker, your order, contact and delivery details are shared with that maker so they can manufacture and dispatch your order. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Your data is primarily stored and processed in the United Kingdom. Some of our processors, such as Stripe and Cloudflare, may process limited data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to countries covered by UK adequacy regulations.
