By using PrintBroz services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PrintBroz provides 3D printing services including:

• Custom 3D printing from user-provided designs
• Catalogue items printed to order
• Prototyping services
• Partner network coordination

3. Orders and Quotes

• All prices are quoted in GBP
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary based on design complexity and materials
• Payment is required before production begins

4. Design Submissions

When submitting designs for printing:

• You must own or have permission to print the design
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe intellectual property
• We do not print weapons, illegal items, or offensive content
• Designs must meet minimum technical requirements for 3D printing

5. Production and Delivery

• Estimated production times are provided but not guaranteed
• Delivery times depend on shipping method selected
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

6. Quality and Returns

• We strive for high quality prints matching the approved design
• Minor variations are inherent in 3D printing (layer lines, slight color variations)
• If your print has a significant defect, contact us within 7 days
• We will replace defective items or provide a refund at our discretion
• Custom items cannot be returned unless defective

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original designs
• By submitting a design, you grant us a license to produce it
• Catalogue designs are owned by PrintBroz or our partners
• You may not redistribute or resell our catalogue items commercially without permission

8. Partner Program

If you join as a PrintBroz partner:

• You agree to maintain quality standards
• Partner agreements are separate from these general terms
• We may terminate partnerships at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintBroz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific order

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
