1. About Us
PrintBroz is a trading name of AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 17193930). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
In these Terms, "PrintBroz", "we", "us" and "our" refer to AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd trading as PrintBroz. These Terms set out the agreement between you and us for the supply of our services. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Agreement to Terms
By using PrintBroz services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Description of Services
PrintBroz provides 3D printing services including:
- Custom 3D printing from user-provided designs
- Catalogue items printed to order
- Prototyping services
- Partner network coordination
- The PrintBroz Network — an online directory and marketplace of independent 3D-printing makers (see section 10)
4. Orders and Quotes
- All prices are quoted in GBP
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing may vary based on design complexity and materials
- Payment is required before production begins
5. Design Submissions
When submitting designs for printing:
- You must own or have permission to print the design
- We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe intellectual property
- We do not print weapons, illegal items, or offensive content
- Designs must meet minimum technical requirements for 3D printing
6. Production and Delivery
- Estimated production times are provided but not guaranteed
- Delivery times depend on shipping method selected
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon dispatch
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
7. Quality and Returns
- We strive for high quality prints matching the approved design
- Minor variations are inherent in 3D printing (layer lines, slight colour variations)
- If your print has a significant defect, contact us within 7 days
- We will replace defective items or provide a refund at our discretion
- Custom items cannot be returned unless defective
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original designs
- By submitting a design, you grant us a licence to produce it
- Catalogue designs are owned by PrintBroz or our partners
- You may not redistribute or resell our catalogue items commercially without permission
9. Partner Program
If you join as a PrintBroz partner:
- You agree to maintain quality standards
- Partner agreements are separate from these general terms
- We may terminate partnerships at our discretion
10. The PrintBroz Network (Marketplace)
The PrintBroz Network is a directory and marketplace of independent 3D-printing makers ("Print Bros"). Makers are independent businesses or self-employed individuals — they are not employees, agents or representatives of PrintBroz.
10.1 Maker profiles and listings
- Profile information (equipment, materials, products, location area) is provided by the maker. We review listings before publication but do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
- We may unpublish or remove a profile or product listing at any time at our discretion.
- Contact details shown on a maker's profile are provided for genuine order and quote enquiries only. You must not collect, scrape or use them for unsolicited marketing.
10.2 Buying through the Network
- When you buy a product or accept a quote through the Network, your contract is with PrintBroz (AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd). We take payment, and the item is manufactured and dispatched by the independent maker on our behalf.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Prices shown on maker product listings are in GBP and include the maker's manufacturing and our platform costs. Delivery terms are confirmed at checkout or in your quote.
- Sections 6 (Production and Delivery), 7 (Quality and Returns) and 10.3 below apply to Network purchases.
10.3 Made-to-order items and cancellation
- Network products are made to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
- For standard (non-personalised) made-to-order items you may cancel free of charge at any time before production starts — contact us promptly after ordering.
- None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. In that case contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
10.4 Quote enquiries
- Enquiries submitted through a maker's profile are shared with that maker so they can respond. Any resulting order is arranged through a formal PrintBroz quote and is subject to these Terms.
10.5 Maker obligations
If you list on the Network as a maker, in addition to section 9 you warrant that:
- The information in your profile and product listings is accurate and kept up to date.
- You own, or are licensed to manufacture and sell, every design you list. Listings that infringe third-party intellectual property will be removed.
- You will fulfil orders to the agreed specification and timescale. Payment settlement terms are set out in your maker agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintBroz shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific order
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC138626.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
